EDI - Main content

At AIB, our Inclusion and Diversity vision is to be as diverse as the communities we serve and create an environment where every voice is heard.

We recognise that to harness the opportunity of diversity for our people we need to foster an inclusive workplace. We encourage every employee to be proud of who they are and we aim to support them on every step of their journey with AIB.

We offer a year-round programme to support equity, inclusion and diversity, to celebrate our differences and showcase our similarities.

We are actively engaged in the national conversation on I&D. We partner with Women in Technology and Science Ireland, IMI, 30% Club, Open Doors, Sports Ireland and the IBEC Diversity Forum to help shape thinking & policy and inform our own approach. We give back to the communities we serve, playing our part in ensuring that Ireland continues to make strides with I&D.
