Recent Projects

• JODA oversaw project management, structural engineering, and building services for a large medical devices company in Cork. The multimillion-euro project involved designing and managing the construction of new clean rooms, R&D labs, and warehousing from start to finish. JODA handled mechanical and electrical detailed design, structural design, and project management in several phases.
• JODA Engineering Consultants provided extensive services for the Advanced Primary Health Care Facility at Westfield Development in Ballincollig. This facility offers support for chronic disease management, imaging (X-ray, MRI), and specialized healthcare teams for consultations, education, and rehabilitation. Westfield Building 1 covers 6500m² across five storeys, featuring a steel frame and concrete floors.
• JODA Provided Civil and Structural Engineering for a €100million Mixed use residential development in Cork City. The development spans a 31-hectare comprises over 600 residential units, including houses and apartments, as well as a community building, creche, retail unit, and retail services unit. Amenities will include walkways, cycle paths, and play areas.
• €31M Student Accommodation. The complex consists of three blocks of student accommodation, ranging in height from five to 10 storeys. The Apartments range in size from single-bed studio apartments to eight-bed apartments, comprising over 200 bed spaces in total along with ancillary communal ground floor spaces.
• Strategic Housing Development – High class development of 100 Build to Rent apartments within two blocks. The nine-story development included a retail unit, reception, residents’ gym, lounge area and shared workspace.
• A modern office development of Grade A office solutions with on-site staff amenities in a strategically connected location. The development includes three next generation office buildings surrounding a landscaped central plaza.
