Your new role

You will join our existing distributed development team working in a Flexible/Agile environment. You will be working on their product, and it is essential that you want to get the know the people management, productivity and recruitment domain and the business, so you can create great code. You will get to work and contribute to the existing product and work on new features which will include AI, Blockchain, Video, Voice and API (Application Programming Interface) extension features to their product. They are looking to hire people who are willing to develop their career with this company and become an integrated part of strategic development Team. This company is a DDO (Deliberately Developmental Organisation) where they put adult development at the centre of everything that they do.
They are looking for people who believe in what they are doing and who want help them become the solution of choice for progressive Companies. You will work with their CTO and a team of distributed developers in developing new features and maintaining existing features availability. You will assist the Team in deciding appropriate technologies to use in developing the most up to date features that reflect the future of work. You will be skilled in C# development, SQL Server, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core.
You will have experience in developing, integrating, and maintaining Microservices and integrating Web Services /External APi’s. You have gained experience and exposure with continuous integrations & DevOps. You will have worked in an agile way and champion agile methodologies. You will have a thorough understanding of JavaScript frameworks and exposure to Single Page Application frameworks (Angular, React). You will act as lead on the development of some features and as a contributor on other features

What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a progressive English-speaking work environment and 5-10 years C# programming, SQL Server, ASP. Net MVC / .NET Core, Microservices You will have experience with and integrating Web Services / External APIs (Application Programming Interface), and RESTful services knowledge You will be adept at Unit testing using mocking frameworks and have continuous Integration & DevOps experience. Understanding of and experience in Agile methodologies and JavaScript frameworks. Ideally degree educated. Exposure to Single Page Application frameworks (Angular, React) The ability and the want to lead or manage a team of developers or to become a solutions Architect Capable and happy to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines It is desirable that you may have had experience of working remotely and/or working with a distributive workforce. Also, highly advantageous if you understand people management and recruitment and digital automation in a progressive environment Bonus points for familiarity with iOS / Android development
