As part of the company’s planned expansion OCSC are actively seeking to appoint to a strategically important role in their Dublin office.

 

OCSC MECHANICAL ASSOCIATE

 
  • To further establish OSCS M&E as a centre of excellence
  • Play a key part of an already successful management team that will further strive to produce integrated, holistic and sustainable M&E design solutions.
  • Responsible for leading an M&E team, driving first class project delivery and quality.
  • Work closely with clients across a range of M&E sectors, to further build and grow relationships. Deliver best in class account management and client aftercare.
 
ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through enhanced business relationships.
  • Lead on all aspects of projects across various sectors and sizes.
  • Manage all aspects of mechanical  projects in accordance with client requirements and current regulations.
  • Motivate, lead and develop team members.
  • Manage and coordinate project resources.
  • Manage client expectations and attend client meetings.
  • Provide clear technical solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Report /Review programme delivery.
Background required & personal skills
 
  • Strong technical design skills, with qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent commercial acumen.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills.
  • 7+ yrs experience leading mechanical design on projects in Ireland or the UK.
  • Successfully further implement the OCSC M&E philosophy of clarity, excellence and continual progression.
  • Chartered Engineer preferable. OCSC can support a candidate seeking Chartership.
