OCSC MECHANICAL ASSOCIATE
To further establish OSCS M&E as a centre of excellence
Play a key part of an already successful management team that will further strive to produce integrated, holistic and sustainable M&E design solutions.
Responsible for leading an M&E team, driving first class project delivery and quality.
Work closely with clients across a range of M&E sectors, to further build and grow relationships. Deliver best in class account management and client aftercare.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through enhanced business relationships.
Lead on all aspects of projects across various sectors and sizes.
Manage all aspects of mechanical projects in accordance with client requirements and current regulations.
Motivate, lead and develop team members.
Manage and coordinate project resources.
Manage client expectations and attend client meetings.
Provide clear technical solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
Report /Review programme delivery.
Background required & personal skills
Strong technical design skills, with qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent commercial acumen.
Strong internal and external communication skills.
7+ yrs experience leading mechanical design on projects in Ireland or the UK.
Successfully further implement the OCSC M&E philosophy of clarity, excellence and continual progression.
Chartered Engineer preferable. OCSC can support a candidate seeking Chartership.
