Eastmount Developments
This project involves approx. 74 high end semi and detached houses. Project involves all groundworks: ESB and fibre optic cable installation, drainage, kerbing, footpaths, water connections, paving, and landscaping.
College Square/Apollo House
Works involved the excavation and rock breaking of Thrust blocks and installation of Props.
Somerton Development
This project involves the development of housing for both private and social. Project involves all groundworks: Esb and fibre optic cable installation, drainage, kerbing, footpaths, water connections, paving, and landscaping.
Feenagh GWS Watermain Upgrade
This Project involves the upgrade of 50mm Hydrodrate watermain to 110mm HDPE main on the R470.

Removal of substantial quantities of rock over the entire footprint of the new building while also removing and disposing of Japanese Knotweed. The works also involved construction of a new car park as well as connecting new facility to existing services, pedestrian and vehicle access roads, landscaping and boundary treatments.

This project involves extremely deep drainage on residential road. Project involves deep drainage and reinstatement of existing concrete surface on road plus footpaths reinstatement.
